Refunds & cancellation

Scope

This policy applies to Yield Curve Advisory Briefings, Curve Watch Retainers, Duration Stress Reviews, and related professional engagements booked with Endpoint Cloudcore. It does not cover goods, software licences, or delivery models we do not offer.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement, when you cancel within the windows below, or when we fail to deliver the agreed briefing or note for reasons within our control.

Advisory briefings

  • Cancel five or more working days before the scheduled session: full refund of fees paid, including any deposit.
  • Cancel two to four working days before: 50% refund of the briefing fee.
  • Cancel less than two working days before, or fail to attend (no-show): no refund of the briefing fee; deposits are forfeited.
  • If we cancel: full refund or a free reschedule at your option.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least three working days ahead. Later reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the table above.

Curve Watch retainers

Monthly retainers billed in advance may be cancelled with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing date. The current month is non-refundable once notes for that month have begun. Prepaid unused whole months after the notice period are refunded.

Duration stress reviews

If work has not started (no holdings extract reviewed), you may cancel for a full refund. Once analysis has started, we refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent at the quoted day rate, documented in writing. Purchased third-party data specific to your review, if any was agreed, is non-refundable once ordered.

Deposits

Deposits secure diary time. They are applied to the final invoice. Deposit refund rules follow the cancellation windows for the relevant engagement type.

Process & timing

Email [email protected] with your booking reference and bank details for repayment. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method where possible.

Exceptions

Force majeure events that prevent either party from meeting may lead to a mutual reschedule without penalty. Statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected where they apply; most of our clients engage as businesses.
