We do not ask for payment-card numbers on this site.

Why we process data

We process enquiry data to respond to briefing requests, schedule meetings, and maintain professional records of engagements. Legal bases include steps prior to a contract, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in operating a City advisory practice. Where we rely on consent (for optional analytics cookies), you may withdraw it at any time.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become engagements are typically retained for up to 18 months. Engagement records are retained for six years after the work ends, consistent with ordinary commercial limitation periods in England and Wales, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

International transfers
